We bought 2 pieces of cake last night. When we got home we had to discover that a hair was baked in on one piece. With these cake prices, that shouldn't happen. So this morning I took the untouched piece of cake with me to the bakery, even waited until no customer other than me was in the bakery to inform the ladies of this. The lady didn't want to see the hair and instead of an apology, questions came ... as if I had to apologize for bringing the piece of cake back. Too bad. Service was once upon a time ...
